Faulty or Defective Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product you buy from us is faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Within 30 days of receipt – you may request a full refund, replacement, or repair.

  • After 30 days but within 6 months – we will offer a repair or replacement. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a refund.

  • After 6 months – you may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if the product can be shown to have been faulty at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-purchased subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. This includes any digital services, monitoring, or app-based features. By activating your subscription, you consent to the immediate supply of the service and waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Change of Mind (Non-Faulty Goods)

If you change your mind about a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
